Guide To Maximize Your Health

Having vibrant health is important for us to show up as our best selves. We can’t control everything and sometimes health complications are a result of something spiritual going on. Nonetheless, we must be proactive in preventing and maintaining good health.

For the basics, it is important to adhere to the following:

  1. Get adequate nutrition through the right foods. This requires you to actively learn more about your body and the appropriate diet for you, know the difference between healthy vs. unhealthy foods, and learn how to cook wholesome meals.

  2. Make sure you are supplementing what you are not getting from your diet or can mainly only get through supplementation. This will help you prevent nutritional deficiencies and avoid long-term health consequences. You can get various tests to learn what your body is deficient in or has too much of.

  3. Get enough Vitamin D from the sun. Some people fear the sun because they primarily associate it with skin cancer, but the sun gives vitality to the cells, helps contributes to more positive moods, among other benefits.

  4. Get quality sleep. If you get poor quality sleep or not enough sleep, this will have an adverse effect on your health. Even if you sleep too late, you can get back to sleeping in a timely manner. If you suffer from insomnia, there may be underlying health problems you need to address. It may be a physical issue or it can be a spiritual one.

  5. Stay out of toxic environments and relationships. It is enough to deal with mental warfare in our own minds, but when you have to deal with toxic environments, such as the workplace, or relationships, the stress this causes oftentimes has negative effects on your body and can even cause illness. Sometimes, the wrong living situation can also produce stress on the body, so you want to get out of there if possible.

  6. Cultivate a positive mindset. There are some people whose health is not in good condition because they are extremely pessimistic, ungrateful and/or negative. If you think terribly about yourself and/or others, and if you are always focused on the negative things going on this world, then your health can suffer.

  7. Exercise. Do some form of exercise as often as possible for what your body needs. You don’t have to go overboard, but be consistent.

  8. Avoid tainted water with fluoride and other toxins. Drinking too much poor quality water can cause heavy metals to accumulate in the body and create possible brain fog.

Alkaline, mineral and spring water is usually fine.

Most bottled water is also terrible for you, especially from huge-name brands like Nestle, Arrowhead, and Dasani.

  9. Practice breathing exercises. This provides more oxygen to the cells and is helpful for anti-aging and being emotionally balanced.
