In a Soul Archaeology session, we are going to excavate artifacts from your psyche that point to your unique soul attributes and potential markers for your life’s mission.
Unlike other spiritual consultations which may focus on past lives, this session will bring the entirety of our focus to your present life and the richness and depth it has to offer the world.
What can I expect in a Soul Archaeology session?
Each soul archaeology session will be 60 minutes and conducted over Zoom video meeting.
During our time together, I will be asking you a series of questions tailored specifically to you. You can share as much or little as you like and you always have the option of passing on a particular question.
We will work together to uncover potential answers to questions such as:
What makes you uniquely you?
What kind of person did your soul want to be at its highest expression?
What gifts and positive attributes do you possess that you may not see?
What are recurring themes in your life?
After the end of our session, I will email you a written report of my findings based on things you have shared with me.
You may also prepare materials that can aid in our excavation work such as past journal entries, creative work, or anything else you may find interesting. They can be recent materials or ones far from the past. Don’t worry about a piece not being interesting or deep enough. Bring what you feel led to share.
