In pursuing a well-rounded life, it is crucial for an individual to heal from trauma that can be affecting them in present-day.

Below are some helpful trauma-informed teachers. They have an extensive background in studying trauma and have a strong understanding of human psychology, which makes them a wealth of resources for personal healing.

My Favorite CPTSD Educators

  • Tim Fletcher - A goldmine of teachings related to the intricate symptoms of CPTSD and solutions for them. His teachings are straightforward, thorough, and very accessible. There is a ton of information, but you can learn a lot by watching and re-watching his videos.

  • Therapy In A Nutshell - Educational channel related to healing trauma in a down-to-earth and practical way.

Therapists & Support Groups

Another thing I can recommend is looking for a trauma-informed therapist and support groups (if this appeals to you).

But, some word of advice: Make sure your therapist and groups you go to are emotionally safe. Here is an article on finding a great therapist.
